We are seeking a Community Manager to join our marketing team! You will manage a variety of social media accounts and paid campaigns for several consumer-facing properties such as Bibliography.com, LoveToKnow.com and YourDictionary.com. This position is based in our Barcelona office and will report to the Head Of Product Strategy. Please attach an English CV with your application and a cover letter. What you will do:

  • Maximizing the LTK brand and awareness
  • Creating a high-quality presence for both visuals and content on all social media platforms
  • Posting quality content and creating visuals on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and any others as applicable — managing each to the relevant audience
  • Monitoring trends and proposing & testing new content to grow engagement
  • Engaging readers (answering questions, responding to comments, managing private messages, inspiring action)
  • Showing a consistent rate of growth in reach, likes, followers and overall engagement for each social media platform
  • Testing paid marketing campaigns

What you need to be successful:

  • Fluent English written/verbal communication
  • Knowledge of social marketing techniques and social media platforms
  • 1+ years Hootsuite and different social media scheduling platforms
  • Google Analytics experience: creating campaigns, goals and evaluating data
  • Experience on Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). Video editing is a plus
  • Experience with Facebook Ad Platform and other paid social tools
  • The ability to work independently but also be a good team player
  • Open and flexible to feedback
  • The desire to experiment, innovate, and iterate
  • Ability to fail without fear, be persistent, and learn quickly
